Jassen Tawil, MNO - Director - Mr. Tawil successfully managed multi-year technology and training projects funded by the Department of Commerce, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Internal Revenue Service, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, eTech Ohio, Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, as well as Cuyahoga County Jobs and Family Services. Tabatha Whiteman - Manager - Ms. Whiteman has 12 years of supervisory call center experience in a variety of markets including financial, customer support, and telemarketing. The online customer service fundamentals training course she developed is considered a national model. View LinkedIn profile
Stats Ky Bey - Trainer and Team Lead - Ms. Bey is responsible for agent up-training, day-to-day agent morale, and is the lead instructor for our online customer service fundamentals training program.
Joel Zureick, MBA - Director of Employment - Mr. Zureick created and managed the Mobile Crisis Team that operates a 24 hour 7 day a week suicide prevention and rapid response hotline. He currently manages Cleveland Sight Center's Supported Employment for the Visually Impaired program in partnership with the Case Western Reserve University Center for Evidence-Based Practices.
Steve Friedman, PhD - President and Executive Director. Dr. Friedman's diverse accomplishments include projects funded by Housing and Urban Development, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Ohio Department of Mental Health, and the Department of Justice Affairs. Several of his projects were first-in-kind and grew to become best-in-class.
Mike McManamon - Chief Information Office - Mr. McManamon has a broad IT background that includes building electronic data interfaces for FirstEnergy as well as the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County. Kevin Krencisz, CPA - Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Krencisz is Cleveland Sight Center's Chief Financial Officer and responsible for managing annual budget of $8.3 million dollars. Mr. Krencisz came to the agency from Barnes Wendling CPAs where he worked as an auditor for small to medium sized businesses and performed OMB Circular A-133 compliance audits for non-profit organizations receiving public funding. Jennifer Beard - Technology Trainer - Ms. Beard has worked in BellSouth and KeyBank call centers and provided technology training and support to the Statler Center - a nationally recognized hospitality and customer service training program. Charisse Sayles - Human Resources Director - Ms. Sayles brings significant human resource experience in a call center environment to the Cleveland Sight Center. At Time Warner Cable's call center she was responsible for supporting the Customer Care Department of approximately 450 employees in two locations (Cleveland and Canton).
